Five of the eight spots in the ISSA daCosta Cup football competition have been filled after Dinthill Technical, William Knibb Memorial and Central High booked their spots on Friday.

Dinthill Technical handed William Knibb Memorial their first loss of the season after winning 3-0 at Drax Hall but both teams made progress after Cornwall College gave up a two goal lead in the first half and drew 2-2 with Paul Bogle High.

Central High also advanced from Group 1 after drawing 1-1 against Christiana High to be on five points.

Meanwhile defending champions Garvey Maceo’s must-win game against Manchester High was rained out and has been rescheduled for Saturday at Wembley Centre of Excellence.
