Despite placing second in their ISSA/Wata DaCosta Cup quarterfinal groups and missing out on a trip to the semi-finals- Mile Gully High, Manchester High, St Elizabeth Technical and Garvey Maceo High will still get a chance to win silverware as they qualified for the ISSA Champions Cup.
Eight teams, the top two from the daCosta Cup and the top eight from the Manning Cup will be pitted against each other in the first round of the Champions Cup in the draw that will be made on Wednesday.
Mile Gully just missed out in Group 1, losing to Frome Technical on more goals after both finished on six points and had a goal difference of plus two goals.
Manchester High whipped Old Harbour High 4-0 to take second place in Group 2 behind Clarendon College;, St Elizabeth Technical were 2-1 winners over Petersfield High for the runner-up spot in Group 3 that was won by Dinthill Technical while Garvey Maceo were 2-0 winners over Charlemont High for the runner-up spot in Group 4 behind winners Cornwall College.
