Four schools started their return round matches in the ISSA DaCosta Cup football competition with wins and also extended their perfect starts on Wednesday.

Paul Bogle High and former winners Dinthill Technical both got their sixth straight victories as former winners St Elizabeth Technical STETHS and Mannings School won their fourth race to six straight wins while Mannings School and St Elizabeth Technical also stayed perfect with five wins each.

Paul Bogle scored a dozen against Robert Lightbourne, one more than the 11 goals scored by Seaforth High as they continued their good start in Zone L as Maleik McFarlane scored a hat-trick and Tyrell Mendez scored a brace.

Dinthill Tech scored 10 goals in a game for the second time this season after swamping Ewarton High in their Zone K encounter after they had won the first round game 3-1.

Daniel Roberts led the way for Dinthill Technical with five goals and Vashaun Douse scored two as well.

After winning 5-1 in the first round, Mannings School were forced to come from behind for the first time this season, to beat Grange Hill High 3-1 at Mannings.

Abena Wallace led the effort with a double as Jarvin Williams got the other.

STETHS were 2-0 winners over Lacovia High with goals from Antwone Smith and Donte Campbell, doubling up their first round  1-0 win.

Petersfield High and Manchester High both dropped points for the first time this season as they were held to draws.

Petersfield was surprised 0-0 by Belmont Academy while Manchester High was held 2-2 by DeCarteret College in Zone F.

Bellefield High blanked May Day High 3-0 with two goals from Renaldo Farquharson and one from Mark Rowe while Belair High also beat Mt St Joseph Catholic 3-0.

Happy Grove got their first win of the season, beating Port Antonio High 3-1 with goals from Sean Williams, Courtney Williams and Alex Afflick 85 after Antwone Wilson had made it 1-1 for Port Antonio High just after halftime.

At Westmoreland Oval, Annotto Bay came from behind to earn a 2-2 draw with St Mary Technical.
