Game action between St. Catherine and XLCR

Mud, sweat and tears of joy as St. Catherine High brush aside Excelsior High.

St. Catherine High School took sole control of group E after defeating Excelsior High 2-0 in the top of the table clash.

 

Central defender Jahmari Henry broke the deadlock early into the first half slamming it home from close range to give St. Catherine High a 1-0 advantage.

Marcovich Brown doubled the lead for the St. Johns Road-based institution as they secured their third straight win of the season, scoring 14 goals.

Other results of the group saw Haile Selassie hammer Oberlin High 9-0.
Oberlin has now conceded 32 goals from three games. St. Marys College were held to an entertaining 3-3 draw by Penwood High.
