Donate Campbell, Ajay Smith, DeAndre Hibbert and Justin McPherson scored for STETHS as they won their sixth game from seven starts.
Cedric Titus had a point to prove after they had benefited from a ruling by the organizers that saw them being awarded points after they had lost to William Knibb in the first round.
Playing at home, Kamari Gordon and Terron Eccleston scored second-half goals for Cedric Titus as they resumed the game that was stopped late in the first half on Saturday due to heavy rains.
Their 22 points ensures they will finish in the top three, with three teams from the zone getting into the second round.
