Charlemont High has been docked six points for the use of an ineligible player in their ISSA/Wata DaCosta Cup Zone K games against Dinthill Technical and have been knocked out of contention for a place in the second round.

A release from ISSA on Wednesday said ISSA’s “disciplinary committee ruled that Charlemont High was found guilty of using an ineligible player in the DaCosta Cup football matches against Dinthill Tech. played on Saturday, September 21, 2019 and Saturday, October 5, 2019.

“Dinthill Tech. has been awarded the games with a score of 3- 0 margin and 3 points for each game.”

Dinthill who had failed ton win any games this season have switched spots with Charlemont High, moving into second place on seven points behind zone winners McGrath High who are on 13 points, both with a game in hand.
