Twelve-time champions Cornwall College made it a ‘bakers’ dozen’ wins at Green Pond High after their 2-0 win on Wednesday’s ISSA/Wata daCosta Cup Zone A first-round game made it 13 straight at the venue dating back to 2008 when they met for the first time.
Aiden Jokomba scored both goals for the 2016 champions as they took over the lead in Zone A ahead of St James High, on goal difference, both on six points, while Cornwall is yet to concede a goal in 180 minutes.
