Defending School Girl Football champions Lennon High School today thrashed Central High 12-0 as they move to the second round of the competition.
Last season semi finalist St Jago High defeated Immaculate 11-0 and advance to the second round of the competition with a perfect record. Other results saw Ocho Rios High making light work of Edith Dalton James brushing them aside 14-0, St Elizabeth Technical defeated Roger Clarke High 5-0 while Newell held Lacovia to a 1-1 draw, it was also a goalless draw between Glenmuir and Mile Gully, Montego Bay High put 4 unanswered goals past Mount Alvernia to secure all three points.
The game between Spot Valley High and Merlene Ottey High has been postponed due to a waterlogged pitch at Spot Valley High.
