In the second half, Excelsior came out strong, leveling the score in the 51st minute before taking the lead just five minutes later to secure the win.

In the day’s second match, St. Catherine High narrowly defeated Charlie Smith 1-0, with Dwight Gentles scoring the decisive goal, putting them atop Group 4. Calabar managed to earn a crucial point against Jamaica College, ending in a thrilling 3-3 draw.
Kingston College continued their unbeaten run with a 6-1 win over Hydel High. Meanwhile, STATHS and Wolmer’s Boys played to a 2-2 draw, Mona overwhelmed St. Jago High 6-0, and Campion College secured a 3-0 victory against STGC.
